 The Grand Opening

Sharon very kindly invited us to the Grand Opening of their new Visitor Pod where we cut the ribbon and enjoyed some specially made cakes with the lovely residents! Violet, a resident and her visiting son, Steven, were the first to try out the pod and gave a big thumbs up.

 The Ultimate Man Cave

Dean is the director of his landscape gardening business and lives in Whitnash with his wife and children aged 10 and 7. He altered his original idea which was to have a man cave/games room to more of a chillout/relaxation room.

The Perfect Music Room

Peter is a keen guitarist in his spare time and owns several acoustic and electric guitars. “My girlfriend and I wanted a dedicated place to play these which was separate to our house, somewhere where we could really chill out together, but also be able to have get togethers and entertain a few close friends.” Peter found us on Facebook and Instagram. He plans to add a fridge and a bar too to complete his room

A Dream Garden Office

With the rental period ending for the premises that Sarah was using to run a business travel company, she began to look into the possibility of working from home. Sarah told us, “The cost of renting had been rising so another option to cut down overheads going forward was to work from home.” Sarah preferred the idea of having a dedicated place just for her work which was totally separate from the house so it made sense to pursue having her own garden office.

A Beautifully Bespoke Visitor Pod

A bespoke Visitor Pod for this beautiful 17th century, family run care home.

Care homes all across the country have struggled with the incredible challenge of COVID restrictions imposed on them and the real need for residents and families to be able to see each other. We designed our Visitor Pod in July 2020 with safety features including the floor to ceiling partition screen, which meant that our pods already met the new government guidance effective at the beginning of November which stipulated this. Richard Perry, Managing Director of Thurlaston Meadows Care Home was able to order one knowing that his residents would be safe.

“Thinking of the future, it will be a lovely safe
place for our two and their friends to hang out when they are teenagers. Wild Environments exceeded my expectations".
